Reboot
YC Alumni Retreat · Year 4
Oct 1–4, 2026 · Camp Navarro, CA
Where YC founders recharge for the whole year. Four days off-grid with the people who get it.
RSVP on Luma⌄"This isn't a conference. No expo hall, no pitching. Just founders who get it — spending time together under 200 acres of redwoods."
Everything is optional. Join a breathwork session, give a 10-minute talk, wander to the river, or nap in a hammock. Make the weekend your own.
200 acres of redwoods
Camp Navarro sits on old-growth forest a few miles from the Pacific — bonfires, cabins, hot showers, a slow river, and no reception.

Founders, not audiences.
"The best three days I've spent as a founder. I came in exhausted and left with three new co-conspirators and a plan."
Schedule of Events
A rough shape for the four days. Keynotes, unconference tracks, wellness, and plenty of unstructured time.
Thursday, Oct 1
Arrival + Welcome
Friday, Oct 2
Unconference + Fireside
Saturday, Oct 3

Sunday, Oct 4
Farewell
Past speakers include
Fireside chats and keynotes from founders who've built the companies you know. The 2026 lineup drops closer to the date.

Want to give a 10-minute talk or host an unconference session? Pitch us.

Four days, off the clock
Keynotes under the redwoods, unconference circles, sound baths, archery, s'mores by the fire — and long unstructured nights on the deck.
